  • Property size
  • Number of rooms
  • Type of cleaning required
  • Condition of the property
  • Access requirements
  • Additional services requested
  • Photographs or descriptions provided

Unless stated otherwise, quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time.

If the actual condition of the property, required workload or scope of work differs significantly from the information provided, we may revise the price before completing additional work.

Any additional charges will be discussed where reasonably possible before proceeding.

3. Bookings

A booking is considered confirmed once we have accepted the booking details and agreed on the service date, scope of work and price or pricing basis.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking.

We may decline or reschedule a booking where necessary due to:

  • Staff availability
  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Incorrect booking information
  • Property access issues
  • Severe weather
  • Equipment failure
  • Illness or unforeseen circumstances

Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of any changes.

4. Property Access

The customer must ensure that our cleaners can access the property at the agreed time.

Access may be provided through:

  • The customer being present
  • Keys
  • Lockboxes
  • Property managers
  • Authorised representatives
  • Other agreed access arrangements

If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, additional charges may apply.

Customers are responsible for ensuring any access instructions provided are accurate.

  • Provide accurate information about the condition of the property
  • Identify any areas requiring special attention

Customers should also notify us if there are pets, security systems or restricted areas within the property.

However, we cannot guarantee:

  • Full bond refund
  • Approval by a landlord or property manager
  • Removal of permanent stains

  • Removal of pre-existing wear and tear

Bond or inspection outcomes are ultimately determined by the landlord, property manager or relevant third party.

Any specific cleaning requirements provided by a property manager should be supplied to us before the service begins.

8. Inspection Cleaning

Inspection cleaning is intended to improve the cleanliness and presentation of a property before a routine inspection.

It does not guarantee that a property will pass an inspection or satisfy every requirement of a landlord, agent or property manager.

Customers should provide any inspection checklist or special requirements in advance.

9. Regular Cleaning Services

For weekly, fortnightly or recurring cleaning arrangements, the exact tasks completed may vary depending on:

  • Time available

The customer is responsible for advising us of:

  • Workplace safety requirements
  • Restricted areas
  • Site inductions
  • Security procedures
  • Hazardous materials
  • Special access conditions

We may suspend work if a site presents an unreasonable safety risk.

11. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please give as much notice as possible.

Late cancellations, missed appointments or failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee or call-out charge, particularly where staff time and travel have already been allocated.

Any cancellation fee will depend on the circumstances and the booking arrangements.

12. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking or on the invoice.

Payment may be required:

  • Before the service
  • On completion
  • Within an agreed invoice period

Customers are responsible for paying invoices by the due date.

Where payment remains outstanding, we may suspend future services until the account is brought up to date.

13. Damage and Breakages

We take reasonable care when cleaning customer properties.

Customers should notify us of fragile, damaged or valuable items before cleaning begins.

If damage occurs and you believe it was caused by our cleaning service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with:

  • Tiles
  • Bench surfaces
  • Bathroom surfaces

  • Sharps
  • Human or animal waste requiring specialist cleaning
  • Hazardous chemicals
  • Unsafe structures

  • Pest infestations
  • Other serious health or safety risks

Where specialist cleaning is required, we may recommend that an appropriately qualified provider be used.

Customers are responsible for securing personal belongings, valuables, cash, jewellery and important documents before cleaning begins.

We recommend that valuable or fragile items are removed from cleaning areas wherever possible.

17. Photographs

We may take photographs of cleaning work for:

  • Quality assurance
  • Job records
  • Before-and-after documentation
  • Dispute resolution
  • Marketing or portfolio purposes

Where photographs are intended to be used publicly for marketing, we will avoid displaying personal information or identifying details where reasonably possible.
